Essel Propack Q3 net at Rs 23.30cr

Essel Propack today reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 23.30 crore for the third quarter ended September 30, 2005.

According to  a release issued by Essel Propack to the BSE today, total
income stood at Rs 210.2 crore in Q3 FY05.

"The consolidated results include those of Essel Propack, UK (formerly called Telcon Packaging Ltd) acquired with effect from April 11, 2005 and Arista Tubes, UK acquired with effect from August 5, 2004. Hence the figures are not comparable with the corresponding previous periods," the release added.
