Eureka Forbes, Lux Intl AG forms JV

Water purification system manufacturer Eureka Forbes has entered into a 50:50 joint venture (JV) with switzerland-based sales company Lux International AG for market expansion and product development.

The newly formed JV Eurolux International, which would be based in Zug in Switzerland, would be eyeing new markets in Middle East, South Africa, Russia and Latin America through Lux's direct sales channels.

Eurolux plans to set up an advanced sales management institute in the country. Besides, it would also be setting up a call centre to cater needs of its customers in the country, it added.
