Eveready raises $33mn via GDRs

Eveready Industries India has raised $33 million by issuing global depository receipts (GDRs).

According to a release issued by Eveready Industries to the BSE today, each GDR, priced at $2.0666, represents one underlying share,  and would be listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange.
