Farid Kureshi joins Essel Group to head OOH business

Entertainment and media major, Essel Group ropes in Farid Khureshi to head its new Out Of Home (OOH) advertising business venture. Kureshi has over 20 years of experience in print media and entertainment industry.

He has worked with Indian Express, Pioneer, Chitralekha Group of publications, Star Movies, Radio Mirchi in the past. His last assignment being with Times OOH, where he was controller of operations.

Kureshi has joined the group as head of  its OOH business and will also be responsible for ad sales through internet for group companies. This is expected to help Essel group synergize its efforts across the media entertainment value chain.
