| FCS Software board recommends 1:1 bonus |

The board of FCS Software Solutions has recommended a bonus of one share for every share held.
The board has also increased the company's authorised capital from Rs 40 crore to Rs 60 crore.
The board also decided to issue up to 1 crore options to employees.
