Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has served a notice to Wipro for allegedly "misbranding and mislabelling" its baby oil. |
"We have served notice to Wipro for misbranding and mislabelling its baby oil manufactured under the name `Wipro Baby Soft' about four days ago," FDA commissioner A Ramkrishnan said here today. |
