This will make CEOs and senior executives of the Indian companies aware of the tremendous potential of CRM to meet the challenges, being faced by the industry today.
The CD-Rom priced at Rs 9,500 is based on research carried out by H. Lal, an internationally recognised quality expert, with assistance of the experts from the US industry.
The CD-Rom covers the concept of CRM, market needs, technology and implementation methodology. Ficci hopes that its existing customers of its corporate training resources will also use the CD-Rom to impart training to their employees.
