FIIs net buyers of Rs 2,869cr in cash mkt on Mon

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 2,868.59 crore (provisional) on Monday, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 7,138.65 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 4,270.06 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs 281.11 crore on Monday. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,688.71 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,969.82 crore.

FIIs were net buyers of Rs 781 crore on Friday, October 12, according to data released by Sebi on Monday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 5,510.90 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 4,729.90 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net sellers of Rs 723.80 crore on Friday. MFs made purchases of Rs 881.40 crore and sales of Rs 1,605.20 crore.
