FIIs net buyers of Rs 418cr in cash mkt on Mon

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 418.07 crore (provisional) on Monday, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,437.42 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 2,019.35 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs 16.52 crore (provisional) on Monday. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 769.64 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 786.16 crore.

FIIs were net buyers of Rs 677.30 crore on Friday, August 31, according to data released by Sebi on Monday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 3,019.50 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 2,342.20 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 463.60 crore on Friday. MFs made purchases of Rs 1,044.50 crore and sales of Rs 581 crore.
