FIIs net buyers of Rs 571cr in cash market

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 570.65 crore (provisional) on Tuesday, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 5,352.37 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 4,781.72 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 92.08 crore on Tuesday. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,630.66 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,538.58 crore.

FIIs were net sellers of Rs 80.90 crore on Monday, January 7, according to data released by Sebi on Tuesday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 4,891.40 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 4,972.30 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 30 crore on Monday. MFs made purchases of Rs 1,187.10 crore and sales of Rs 1,157.10 crore.
