FIIs net sellers of Rs 234cr in cash mkt on Tue

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 234.32 crore (provisional) on Tuesday, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 5,665.37 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 5,899.69 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs 10.05 crore on Tuesday. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,693.31 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,703.36 crore.

FIIs were net buyers of Rs 3,858.50 crore on Monday, October 15, according to data released by Sebi on Tuesday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 8,184 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 4,325.60 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 111.40 crore on Monday. MFs made purchases of Rs 1,265.50 crore and sales of Rs 1,154.10 crore.
