FIIs net sellers of Rs 3,536cr in cash mkt on Fri

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 3,535.76 crore (provisional) on Friday, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,544.48 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 6,080.24 crore.

Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1,944.48 crore (provisional) on Friday, according to data released by BSE. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,677.53 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 733.05 crore.

FIIs were net sellers of Rs 2,849.90 crore on Thursday, August 16, according to data released by Sebi on Friday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,696.50 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 5,546.40 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 239.20 crore on Thursday. MFs made purchases of Rs 989.50 crore and sales of Rs 750.30 crore.
