FIIs net sellers of Rs 389cr in cash mkt on Tue

 Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 389.12 crore (provisional) on Tuesday, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 4,346.73 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 4,735.85 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net sellers of Rs 177.24 crore on Tuesday. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,839.07 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 2,016.31 crore.

FIIs were net buyers of Rs 1,047.40 crore on Monday, October 29, according to data released by Sebi on Tuesday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 4,782.80 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 3,735.40 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 419.10 crore on Monday. MFs made purchases of Rs 1,459.50 crore and sales of Rs 1,040.40 crore.
