FIIs net sellers of Rs 629cr in cash market

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 628.68 crore (provisional) on Wednesday, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 3,798.13 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 4,426.81 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 427.11 crore on Wednesday. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs  1,610.49  crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,183.38 crore.

FIIs were net buyers of Rs 142.30 crore on Tuesday, January 1, according to data released by Sebi on Wednesday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,437.60 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,295.30 crore.
