FIIs net sellers of Rs 979cr in cash mkt on Wed

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 978.96 crore (provisional) on Wednesday, according to data released by BSE.

While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 3,192.91 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 4,171.87 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 331.82 crore on Wednesday. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,259.43 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 927.61 crore.

FIIs were net sellers of Rs 263.70 crore on Tuesday, November 27, according to data released by Sebi on Wednesday. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 3,467 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 3,730.60 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 128.60 crore on Tuesday. MFs made purchases of Rs 750.30 crore and sales of Rs 621.70 crore.
