FIM picks up 36% stake in Indiabulls Buildcon

Indiabulls Financial Services today said foreign institutional investor FIM
has bought a 36% stake in Indiabulls Buildcon (IBL) for Rs 15 crore.

According to an official release issued by Indiabulls to the NSE today, the company now owns the remaining 64% stake in IBL, a company incorporated primarily for engaging in the construction-developement projects in the country.

Incorporated in Mauritius, FIM is managed by US-based Farallon Capital Management.
