Financial Tech board nod for $100mn float

The board of directors of Financial Technologies, which met today, approved a proposal to raise $100 million by issuing ADRs/GDRs or other equity related instruments through an international offering.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the proposal is subject to shareholders' clearance at the annual general meeting, which has been scheduled on September 27, 2005.
