Mumbai based business process outsourcing firm Firstsource Solutions on Tuesday said that it had appointed Carl Saldanha as its Global CFO. Carl served India's largest domestic carrier Jet Airways for four year before resigning as its chief financial officer in January this year.
Carl played a crucial role in bringing the initial public offer for Jet Airways and its acquisition plan of Sahara Airlines.
"His rich experience in the financial services industry and as a CFO will help take Firstsource to the next level," said Ananda Mukerji, chief executive officer and managing director, Firstsource Solutions in press note.
Carl has also been CEO of Chase in India, a director at Deutchse Bank and CFO of Essar Oil.
