Flaktwoods, a Switzerland-based industrial air movement major, has launched the ductless car park ventilation system using jetvent fans in India.

The new system has been designed to reduce energy costs and make the environment less polluting and less hazardous.

A company release said that the company plans to strengthen its operations in India with new product range. It stated that it has been reporting a compounded annual growth rate of over 70 per cent in the last two years.

"Our initiative over the last 2-3 years, including the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation project, has yielded satisfactory results and we are now considering sourcing components and some finished products from India in a big way," Didier Forget, global chief executive officer, Flaktwoods, said in the statement.

The company has embarked upon a programme of product upgradation to invest further in its manufacturing units in Chennai and Kolkata. Flakt India Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Flaktwoods, has been present in India over the last five decades.
