Car maker Ford India today reported a 13.56 per cent growth in November sales and said it will hike prices of all its models from January due to rising input costs and exchange rate fluctuations.
The company sold 2,520 units during November against 2,219 units in the same month last year, it said in a statement.
Ford also said prices of all its models will be increased in January 2010 without specifying the quantum of increase.
"Ford India will be hiking prices of all models across board in January. The upward price revision is due to steady rise in input cost and exchange rate fluctuations," it said.
The company is set to launch its compact car Figo early next year and will seek to keep the current sales momentum going.
