Ranbaxy group firm Fortis Financial today said it will exit its non-banking finance business and also change its name to Religare Technova Ltd.

</p><p class='TableClas'>The Reserve Bank of India in its order dated June 2 has cancelled the Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registration of Fortis Financial, upon the company's application earlier, the filing added.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>Shares of Fortis Financial were trading at Rs 73, down 0.61 per cent on the BSE.&nbsp; </P></p><p class='TableClas'></p></table>
