Four Indians in Forbes ten wealthiest CEO list

Steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal, the Ambani brothers, Mukesh and Anil, and Wipro chief Azim Premji are among the 10 wealthiest CEOs in the world, according to American magazine Forbes.

Of the world's 10 wealthiest CEOs, four positions have been grabbed by Indians "" Lakshmi Mittal is ranked second, followed by Mukesh Ambani (sixth), Anil Ambani (seventh) and Azim Premji (ninth).

The list has been topped by Warren Buffet, chief executive of Berkshire Hathaway with a fortune of $52 billion. ArcelorMittal chief Lakshmi Mittal has a net worth of $32 billion while Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani have fortunes worth $20.1 billion and $18.2 billion, respectively. Azim Premji, has a net worth of $17.1 billion.

However, these net worth figures are not current and have been taken from a list prepared almost a year back for Indian businessmen.

Forbes said that the list of wealthiest CEOs was prepared after perusing the ranks of the Forbes 400 list of the richest Americans from September and its annual billionaires' list from last March.
