Francis Alapatt Group, a gold retail chain in Kerala, has entered the realty business by launching an executive business centre in Kochi. Housed in the Alapatt Heritage Building, the venture will have 18,000 sft of ready-to-use office space as well as a 3000 sft sky cafe and garden.
"We foresee a huge demand for quality business centre space in Kochi as the commercial capital of the state is already in an explosive growth phase," said Francis Alapatt, group managing director.
