Frontline Strategy invests $7 mn in Krishna Saa Fabs

Mauritius-based Frontline Strategy, today announced an investment of $7 million in Krishna Saa Fabs Pvt Ltd.        

Frontline Strategy is a Fabiani family office-anchored asset management company with a prime focus on private equity investments.        

Tirupati-based Krishna Saa Fabs fabricates structural engineering products used in the high-growth infrastructure support sectors of telecom, national highways, airports and ship-building.        

"In Frontline Strategy, we have found a partner that has an excellent strategic understanding of our business space and will support us in organisational scale-up across our focus sectors," Krishna Saa Fabs' Managing Director, N Doraswamy, said in a press release issued here.        

The company's products include telecom and power utility towers, galvanised products for earth reinforcement, which are used in national highways and airport runways, and galvanised products used in ship-building.        

 

Frontline Strategy's Managing Partner, Atim Kabra, said that "our investment in Krishna Saa Fabs conforms to Frontline Strategy's focus on companies that are driven by dynamic entrepreneurs and offer significant scale-up opportunities."
