GACL plans Rs 34 crore rights issue

 The Vadodara-based Rs 1,032 crore Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd (GACL) is planning to float a Rs 34.43 crore rights issue by December.

 The company is working on the letter of offer, which will be send to the Securities and Exchange Board of India
