Printvenue.com, a personalised printing online portal, has appointed co-founder and CMO Gagan Arora as the new CEO of the company. In his new position he will be responsible of the overall strategic growth of the company, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction and introducing new products.
A graduate in chemical engineering from IIT-Roorkee, Gagan Arora brings over 6 years of experience across market research and analytics in the US Telecommunications and Healthcare industry. Prior to joining Printvenue, he served as the Manager with Accenture Management Consulting, where he advised marketing strategy & analytics and customer segmentation and Insights for Fortune 500 Clients
As the Chief Executive Officer of Printvenue, he plans to make personalisation of products affordable, accessible and feasible for people. He envisages making Printvenue the market leader in the domain of personalised printing and accessories and extending the company’s global presence. In the next 3 to 5 years, he aims to capture 10% of the personalised printing market which currently values 15000 crore. He will also be consolidating the operations of the company in India and abroad.

Before becoming the CEO, Arora served as the CMO and Co-Founder of Printvenue. During this phase, he was actively involved in bringing more products on board for customization and finding investors who supported the unique concept of ‘Personalisation’. Besides this, he has also been successful in delivering more than million orders till date and helping the company win the coveted Red Herring 100 Asia and Global Company award.
Established in the year 2012, Printvenue.com is an online printing portal offering business cards, letterheads, cardholder and other personalized accessories and is equally popular in customised printing and personalised gifts. The company has been doing business with individuals and corporate with a pan India presence in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Indore and Jaipur. It also has an international presence in Singapore and Australia.
