GAIL India Q2 net profit of Rs 440 crore

Company's total income has increased to Rs 14,466.68 crore

GAIL (India) Ltd on Tuesday said it closed the second quarter of the current fiscal with a net profit of Rs.440.51 crore.

In a regulatory filing with BSE, the company said it has posted a net profit of Rs.440.51 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 as compared to Rs.1,302.90 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.

The company's total income has increased from Rs.14,418.53 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 to Rs.14,466.68 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
