Gammon infra unit plans IPO

Gammon Infrastructure Projects, a subsidiary of construction company Gammon India, is planning to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO).

According to a release issued by Gammon to the BSE today, the board has approved the proposal to issue shares through an IPO.
