Gangotri Iron & Steel today said two of its promoters have pledged 4.15 per cent stake of the company with the State Bank of India.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said Sanjiv Kumar Choudhary and Ramautar Jhunjhunwala have pledged 3.19 lakh shares representing 4.15 per cent stake of the company with State Bank of India, commercial branch, Patna.
Choudhary has pledged 1.98 lakh shares representing 2.58 per cent stake of the company and Jhunjhunwala has pledged 1.21 lakh shares, which is 1.57 per cent stake in the company.
Shares of Gangotri Iron & Steel settled at Rs 6.55, down 11.84 per cent on the BSE.
