Gateway Distriparks raises $76.5mn via GDRs

Gateway Distriparks has raised $76.5 million by issuing 15 million global depository recepits (GDRs) (excluding the greenshoe option).

According to a release issued by Gateway Distriparks to the BSE today, each GDR was priced at $5.10, and represents one underlying share. The GDRs will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
