Gati allots 25 lakh warrants to Mahendra Invst

Cargo and courier services company Gati has allotted 25 lakh warrants, which are convertible into an equal number of equity shares, to Mahendra Investment Advisors.

According to a release issued by Gati to the BSE today, the warrants are convertible into equity shares of Rs 2 each at a premium of Rs 82.60 per share.
