Amrit Jal Ventures, a power development arm owned by the promoters of Hyderabad-based logistics company Gati, has commissioned its 1 Mw solar power plant at Kadiri in Andhra Pradesh.
The company has invested close to Rs 17 crore in this venture.
The project was allotted to the company under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission. The plant uses power conditioning units manufactured by SMA AG of Germany and amorphous silicon thin film solar photovoltaic modules, according to a press release.
