BPO major Intelenet Global Services has appointed Gayatri Balaji as chief operating officer of its domestic BPO business for South India.
She will be responsible for managing operations and all the support functions of the company’s centres in the region.
In her last stint, she ran clinical data management and statistical analysis at Tata Consultancy Services.
