Networking company Gemini Communication today reported a 63.45 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 10.04 crore for the year ended March 31, 2009, over the same period last year.
The company had a net profit of Rs 27.47 crore in the same year ended March 2008, Gemini Communication said in a filing to the BSE.
Total income of the company rose to Rs 289.41 crore for the year ended March 2009 against Rs 245.24 crore in the same period last year.
Shares of Gemini Communication were trading at Rs 17.25 on the BSE, down 7.51 per cent from the previous days' close.
