Genpact looking at $50-400 mn buy

Genpact, a business process outsourcing company, is looking at acquisition of companies in the US and India in the range of $50-400 million, Chief Executive Pramod Bhasin said today.

The NYSE-listed company is also looking at expanding its off-shore capacity in Guatemala to serve the US market, he said. “We are looking at BPO, technology, captive BPO and possibly IT companies also. The range could be $50 million to $400 million. We are interested as a lot of companies are available for sale,” Bhasin said.
