Genpact opens ROC in Hyderabad

Application management services and business process outsourcing provider, Genpact, opened its remote operations centre (ROC) on its 25-acre global campus in Hyderabad on Wednesday. Equipped with features including biometric-enabled physical security, virtualised desktops, mistake-proof tools and touch screen phones that double as monitoring systems, the ROC currently has a 70-seat capacity, which is scalable to 300. Genpact will leverage its remote infrastructure management delivery system – RIMexgen – to provide application and infrastructure monitoring and support services to global enterprises from the ROC.
