Geodesic to acquire HK-based Engage Solutions

Geodesic Information Systems is acquiring 100% stake in Hong Kong-based Engage Solutions (ESL).

According to a release issued by Geodesic Information Systems to the BSE today, Engage Solutions offers services and products primarily for the financial services industry.
