Geodesic to raise Rs17cr via pref issue

Geodesic Information is planning to raise Rs 17.08 crore by issuing 7.27 lakh shares on preferential basis.

According to a release issued by Geodesic Information to the BSE today, the board of directors, which met yesterday, approved a proposal to issue 7,27,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each at a premium of Rs 233 per share on preferential basis to residents and non-residents investors.
