Geometric completes buy of Modern Engg

Geometric Software Solutions has acquired 95% stake in US-based Modern Engineering Inc for $23.75 million.

According to a release issued by Geometric to the BSE today, the acquisition was done through the wholly-owned subsidiary in the US Geometric Software Solutions Inc (GSS Inc).

"The balance 5% shares of Modern are held by MMG Group LLC comprising of the management group of Modern," the release added.
