Geometric Q3 consolidated net zooms 168%

Geometric Software Solutions today reported a 167.88% increase in Q3 consolidated net profit at Rs 10.54 crore as against Rs 3.94 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.

According to a release issued by Geometric to the BSE today, the consolidated revenue for the quarter ended December 2006 doubled to Rs 111.65 crore from Rs 55.87 crore in the quarter ended December 2005.

On a stand-alone basis, the company reported a net profit of Rs 8.30 crore in Q3FY07 when compared with Rs 2.35 crore in Q3FY06. The total income moved up to Rs 52.99 crore from Rs 31.85 crore.
