Geometric Soft plans 2 US buyouts

Geometric Software Solutions, product lifecycle management (PLM) services provider, is in the process of acquiring TekSoft and Cimtronics, two US-based subsidiaries of OnCourse.

The company has informed the stock exchanges that the details of the deal are being worked out. The deal is expected to be finalised in two months. Company officials refrained from divulging details indicating that an announcement will be made early next year.

Geometric has had a business relationship with TekSoft for 10 years and is TekSoft's CAM works development partner. Cimtronics Inc is a TekSoft direct reseller covering several major markets in the Midwest and West. Geometric provides cost-effective, end-to-end product lifecycle management services.
