Gerald Frank is COO & exec director of Tata Power

Tata Power Company today said Gerald Frank Grove-White has been appointed as its executive director and chief operating officer(COO) with effect from October 30.

Prior to this assignment, Grove-White was the managing director of Australia-based energy major Eraring Energy.

Grove-White has nearly 18 years of proven expertise in the global power sector and has previously worked with Powergen as general manager and managing director overseeing operations and development in India.

Earlier, the company had announced the appointment of Prasad R Menon as managing director with effect from October 16.
