The Mahindra group, which stepped in to bail out Gesco Corporation promoter Ghanshyam Sheth when the Delhi-based Abhishek Dalmia mounted a hostile raid on the real estate company, and the Sheths, have arrived at an arrangement in the real estate company.
Sources close to Sheth, who remains the vice-chairman of Gesco Corporation, said the two sides were consolidating their operations.
