Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL) has registered a net profit of Rs 33.65 crore for the third quarter ended December 2010 down by 25.8 per cent against Rs 45.35 crore registered in December 2009. The company informed that the income for the third quarter declined by around 8.9 per cent to Rs 227.38 crore from Rs 249.67 crore registered in the corresponding period a year ago. The net sales fell for the quarter by 12.88 per cent at Rs 216.74 crore from Rs 248.79 crore a year back.
GFL board has announced 100 per cent interim dividend for the financial year 2010-11.It has also proposed to transfer the existing wind energy business of the company to Inox Renewables Limited, a subsidiary of GFL.
