Glenmark arm buys mktg firm in Argentina

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals SA (GPSA), the Switzerland-based, wholly-owned subsidiary of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, has acquired Servycal SA, an Argentina-based marketing company, in an all-cash deal.

According to a release issued by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals to the BSE today, "Servycal, with a focused oncology portfolio, will enable the company to expand its reach in the South American markets."
