Business process outsourcing provider Sutherland Global Services today announced the appointment of Kam Shenai as its chief client officer (CCO).
"Shenai will be responsible for Sutherland's global sales and marketing and accountable for revenue, profit and client satisfaction in the global markets", a release said here.
Prior to this appointment, Shenai was the head of marketing operations for Xerox Corporation in North America, it said.
At present, Sutherland has over 11,000 employees in India and has operations in Chennai, Kochi and Mumbai, the release added.
