Glodyne Technoserve today said that Compulink Systems and the merger committee of the Glodyne Technoserve's board fixed November 27, 2010 as the record date to determine the shareholders and members of Compulink who will be entitled to receive equity shares of Glodyne as per the scheme of arrangement between both the companies.
The said scheme comes to effect from October 30, 2010.
In accordance with the scheme, Glodyne will issue and allot equity shares of Rs 10 each to the shareholders and members of the transferor company as on the record date, in the ratio of one equity share of the Glodyne for every equity shares of Compulink.
The Equity Shares proposed to be allotted shall rank pari with the existing equity shares of Glodyne.
