Glodyne Technoserve Q1 net up Rs 34 crore

Technology management services provider Glodyne Technoserve has clocked a net profit of 50.17 per cent in its June quarter at Rs 34.17 crore on the back of a strong performance during April-June period.

The profit was at Rs 22.75 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.

During the quarter, its revenue grew by 38.10 per cent to Rs 213 crore, compared to Rs 154.26 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a press release.

"The quarter saw a strong performance with revenue growth of 38 per cent year on year (YoY) and an operating margin at 23.51 per cent," Glodyne Technoserve Chairman and Managing Director Annand Sarnaaik said.
    
Glodyne is engaged in transformational IMS Services in the domestic market in education, government and BFSI sectors. The company has presence across India and the US.
    
Early this month, Glodyne had completed the acquisition of the US-based technology company DecisionOne Corporation from its shareholders for 4104 million.
    
DecisionOne is one of the largest, profitable pure-play Technology IMS companies in North America, with a revenue of $4200 million.
