The total cost of the project is envisaged at Rs 628 crore.
The project will be implemented through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to be incorporated in due course after allotment of limestone mines by the state government.
The company had earlier announced its annual results for the quarer ended March 2008 and recorded a net profit of Rs 28.83 crore as compared to Rs 11.95 crore posted in the correspomding quarter last year (2006-2007).
