Godrej Consumer acquires UK-based firm

Godrej Consumer Products (GCPL) has acquired 100% ownership in Keyline, a UK-based FMCG company.

According to a release issued by Godrej Consumer Products to the BSE today, Keyline is engaged in the manufacture, marketing, sales and distribution of cosmetics and toiletries.
